Kanji Mochizuki (望もち月づき 完かん爾じ, Mochizuki Kanji?), or Mocchi (モッチー, Motchī?), is a Commanding Officer in the Kanto Manji Gang. He was a member of the S-62 Generation and one of Tenjiku’s Four Heavenly Kings, then joined Rokuhara Tandai as the gang’s Number 4 two years later.

Mocchi has a powerful stature, towering above his fellow Tenjiku members and wears a black shirt under his red Tenjiku uniform. His dark hair is styled into a rattail mohawk, with a braid extending to the lower neck. His angular eyebrows contribute to his menacing physiognomy.

Kanji is brusque and belligerent, always eager to join into a fight. However, he holds honor in high regard, shown in his insistence of opponents fighting one on one and scorn of underhanded fighting tactics. He gets excited when he meets a strong opponent.
